Privacy Policy

You can use TicketPractice without creating an account. Practice mode, timing, seat-selection and CAPTCHA results are generally saved in localStorage or sessionStorage on your device. If you submit to a public ranking, we may store a nickname, device-generated identifier, score, mode, event name or source URL, and submission time. Chat may store a nickname, device-generated identifier, message and timestamp. Contact email may include your email address and the information you choose to provide.

We use this information to provide and compare practice results, operate rankings and chat, respond to inquiries, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, diagnose errors, secure the service and display or measure advertising.

Local practice data remains on your device until you delete it or clear browser storage. Ranking and chat records are stored with Supabase while those features are operated and may be removed on a verified request. Inquiry records may be retained for up to one year after resolution. Hosting and security logs follow each provider's retention policy.

Vercel provides hosting, delivery, security and diagnostic processing. Supabase stores ranking and chat data. Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. These providers may process IP addresses, browser and request information under their own policies.

TicketPractice and its providers may use cookies or similar storage for language preferences, service operation, abuse prevention and advertising. You can limit cookies in your browser, although some features or advertisements may not work as expected.

You can delete local practice records through the site or your browser settings. To request deletion of a ranking or chat entry, email the nickname and enough record details for verification. Never post sensitive personal information in chat.
